SOUL Soirée: The Heart of Capital City

More than 25 years ago, Capital City opened its doors to 135 students in a small building above a CVS. Twenty-six years later, we now serve more than 1,000 students from every ward in the city. Every year, we graduate students with a strong commitment to their community, social justice, and learning, even when the odds may seem against them.

As we look towards the next year and years to come, we know we can't do this work alone or without your support. This year's fundraiser will directly support the work and programs that Capital City families and staff love - dedicated and caring staff focused on social and emotional learning and rigorous education, a rich arts program that starts in PreK3, a college and career access program that aims to help students find their pathway, and an enrichment program that knows students need more than just academics to realize their full potential. Your ticket or sponsorship will help us continue to fund these programs.

The heart of Capital City is our students, staff, and families, and you help bring our vision, S.O.U.L., to reality.
